Townley School serves the village of Christchurch as well as the hamlets of Euximoor and Tipps End.

The school roll hovers around 70 children in full-time education with another dozen or so attending the independent village playgroup that meets on the school premises.

Some children come from across the nearby border from Norfolk. Staff can advise parents on the necessary procedures for crossing county boundaries.

There is an active "Friends of Townley" group which meets regularly. The group welcomes anyone interested, please contact the school for further information.

Townley Primary School aims to foster a happy working relationship in which every child can develop, both socially and academically, to their full potential.
